Accessibility

Formidex strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Keyboard Navigation

All Formidex features can be fully operated using a keyboard. A skip-to-content link allows jumping directly to the main content. Tab order follows the visual arrangement of elements.

Screen Readers

Formidex is compatible with common screen readers. All interactive elements have meaningful labels (aria-labels). Status changes are announced via live regions.

Color Contrast

All text and background combinations meet at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text. This applies to both the light and dark color schemes.

Animations

Animations on the landing page and in tools can be disabled via the operating system's "Reduce motion" setting. Formidex respects the prefers-reduced-motion media query.

Alt Text Tool

The AI-powered Alt Text tool can be used to automatically generate image descriptions for your own website, improving its accessibility.
